VMR Institute of Technology & Management Sciences, located in Rangareddy District of Andhra Pradesh, started its first academic session in 2008-2009, under the guidance of Vemula Rahava Reddy Lakshmamma Educational Trust. Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, (JNTU) Hyderabad, the college offers technical programs in various streams at under graduate level along with post graduate business administration program. The autonomous institution is duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
