Vimal Bibhuti College of Education came into existence in 2006. Located in Bhagalpur (Bihar), it works under the management of Angika Development Society. The college is affiliated to Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. Vimal Bibhuti College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhubaneswar. The college enrolls young aspirants to its undergraduate level course to impart teacher’s training - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), which is one-year full time programme.
