SSVV Sangha’sShri G R Gandhi Arts & Shri Y A Patil Commerce College is situated at Indi, a historical place on the border of Karnataka and Maharashtra. The college was established in 1979 by Shri Shanteshwara Vidya Vardhak Sangh with a vision to provide higher education to the ever draught prone region of Indi. Affiliated to Karnatak University, the college also has got recognition and aid from UGC.
SSVV Sangha’s Shri G R Gandhi Arts & Shri Y A Patil Commerce College was accredited with a “B” certificate by National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The college was named after Shri Gulabchand Ravaji Gandhi Shri Yashwantray Annaray Patil, two of the principal donors behind the foundation of the college. Spread over 12 acres of sprawling campus area and all basic educational infrastructures, the college offers Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce courses.
