Located in Cuttack district of Orissa, Institute of Professional Studies & Research, popularly known as IPSAR Cuttack, is one of the leading institutes of management in the state. The college is imparting managerial skills to the young aspirants, from the academic session 1993-1994. The management college is affiliated to Biju Patnayak University of Technology and is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), to impart high standards of education in business administration, at the post graduate level. From the academic session of 2009-2010, IPSAR Cuttack got the approval to conduct course in computer applications at post-graduation level.
